Overview
========

This script takes the output of the MetaCombine NMF clustering system and 
imports it into a CWIS instance.  This includes both the classification
scheme itself as well as the bindings of resources to the "categories" 
(i.e., the classifications), hence the term "clusterfication".

As you might suspect, this means that 

1. A clustering must have already been run.

2. The CWIS instance must already contain records corresponding to the
   clustered corpus.  Such an import can be done with
